X-Culture Project

Take a look at my experience working with X-culture! This project partnered me with five other business students from around the globe, working to solve a business problem for the hair coloring company based in India - Radico. My experience working alongside international students was an amazing opportunity I will be forever grateful to have particpated in. I loved being given the opportunity to connect with other dedicated business students from around the world who were friendly, carried with them their own cultures and experiences, and were hard-working, creative individuals. The first lesson learned was the challenges accompanied with working alongside international students. A large portion of time was used to select meeting times that were condusive to six different time zones. On top of that, being the only student in the western hemisphere had the most significant time difference among the six of us. Aside from the signifcant time difference, this project exposed me to a variety of cultures and various methods to approaching solutions.
